Johnson Partners, Inc is committed to helping employees further their education and achieve their dreams.
• Employee has worked for the company at least three consecutive months.
• Employee is currently working at JPI and not on a Leave of Absence.
• Employee is averaging a minimum of 15 hours per week over the past three months.
• Employee has a 90% attendance rating over the last three months.
• Employee has a 90% on time rating over the last three months.

Earn a high school diploma at NO COST
You can graduate from high school by taking classes online- whenever and wherever it's convenient for you- through Career Online High School. You may be able to apply credits from high school courses you've already completed.

Career Online High School gives you the flexibility you need to balance work and school. The program is no cost to eligible employees. You can:

Earn a diploma at your own pace.

Gain real-world career skills with adult-focused class content.

Get support from academic coaches to help you along the way.

The average time to complete is only 12 to 14 months. But you have 18 months to complete the program, so you set the pace that works best for you.

College Tuition Assistance
$2,500-$3,000 per year!
We know that the cost of your education can make it challenging to earn a college degree. That’s why Archways to Opportunity® offers Tuition Assistance to eligible employees. Tuition Assistance is money to help pay for college courses that are taken at an “approved school” such as a two or four year public or private college or university; business, technical or vocational school; graduate or post-graduate school that is accredited by the Department of Education.
